The Horizon Leadership Profile provides an opportunity to examine those behaviours across three connected areas:
Root:
What holds your leadership steady.
Rise:
How others experience your leadership.
Reach:
How far you can see and shape.
The Profile also examines pressure stability: how consistently your leadership capabilities remain available when time is limited, relationships are strained, information is incomplete or the consequences become more significant.
There are no perfect profiles. Every leadership pattern contains strengths, risks and opportunities for development.
